About the Event

About the teacher: 

Danila is a writer, educator and content creator who has been working in various areas of media and education for the past decade.  Danila completed her undergrad in Ryerson's prestigious Radio and Television Arts program (now called Media Arts), as well as a graduate degree program at Ryerson, in Media Production.  Furthermore, her love for language led her to explore the world of education and garner her teaching degree, with a specialization in French and Italian studies.

Danila worked in the media industry before venturing into the education field. Her career experiences have been a creative mix between the classroom, radio and television broadcast, public relations and PR, print production and event planning and hosting. Danila is also the creator and editor of the successful lifestyle and culture blog, Viva la Dolce, which has an amassed social media presence of over 20k followers.  

Never one to forget her passion for languages, Danila combined her love of media and teaching with her linguistic skills to create online Italian lessons such as this one!
